1. These terms govern your use of Hinge AI and the conversations published on it. By opening the site you accept them in full.
2. Hinge AI is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. If you are below that age you must leave the site.
3. Every companion published here is invented. Names, portraits, biographies and replies are fictional and represent no living person.
4. Replies are generated text. They are not advice, not a diagnosis, and not a professional opinion of any kind.
5. You must not rely on a conversation for medical, legal, financial, safety or crisis decisions.
6. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or an emergency service in your country instead of a companion.
7. You agree not to submit unlawful material, threats, hate speech or content involving minors in any form.
8. You agree not to attempt to make a companion produce explicit material. Such requests are declined and may end access.
9. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your age or identity when using Hinge AI.
10. You may not scrape, mirror, resell or republish site content without written permission from the operator.
11. Automated access, bulk requests and reverse engineering of the service are not permitted.
12. All written profiles, guides, portraits, layouts and marks remain the property of the operator of Hinge AI.
13. You keep ownership of the messages you write, and grant a limited licence to process them so a reply can be produced.
14. Conversation threads may be stored so that you can return to them later, as set out in the privacy policy.
15. The operator may add, edit, retire or rename any companion at any time without prior notice.
16. Features described on the site may change as the service develops, and availability is never guaranteed.
17. The service is provided on an as is basis, without warranty of uninterrupted or error free operation.
18. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
19. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding three months.
20. Access may be suspended or withdrawn if these terms are broken, with no obligation to give advance notice.
21. You are responsible for the security of any device or account you use to reach Hinge AI.
22. Any prices, offers or trial periods are described at the point of purchase and apply only as stated there.
23. Third party links appear occasionally and are provided for convenience only; their content is outside our control.
24. These terms may be updated. The revised version applies from the date it appears on this page.
25. If a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
26. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited in your place of residence.

28. These terms form the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding use of Hinge AI.
